I recently (Jan 04, 2011) purchased the system tuneup from this page: http://www.acelogix.com/systuneup.html for my laptop (Windows 7 64 bit). I could not find any 64 bit specific option while ordering so i just clicked on the 'Buy Now' button and completed the purchase.

Eventually, i received a key for System tune up but when i tried to insert the key, it says that the key is valid for only 32 bit version and that i need to buy license for using the 64 bit version (although at a reduced rate). Did i miss anything while ordering?

I tried to contact Acelogix using the support form (http://www.acelogix.com/support.html) many times, but did not get any response.

32-bit version key does not work for 64-bit version. You said that you've sent email stating the situation to the support email. So I'll forward your query along and the Support section will get back to you asap.
