Support is very important to us since our customers are our best ambassadors - therefore all of our products come with lifetime free support.

We respond to all emails within 24 hours. If you have not received a reply within 48 hours you should assume that either we have not received it or our emails are not reaching you. So please send again saying that you did not receive a reply the first time. In this case, please give us an alternative email address also (perhaps the emails we send are not reaching you or being send to your junk mail folder).

I have not received my registration code! Isn't it about time ?
Do not panic! In many cases, there may be a processing delay. If you think the delay is too long, email us. Sometimes, people have supplied the wrong e-mail address. In rare cases, the registered users are unreachable due to misconfigured e-mail clients or privacy control.

Lost Registration Code Policy ?
If you register and, for whatever reason, you do not receive an e-mail us with a registration code or if you are reformatted your hard drive and cannot find your registration code, simply e-mail and We will send your registration code. (Please include your Order# and as much order information as possible, as it will be easier to locate your order in the database.

If you find us not responding to your emails, please provide an alternative email address. Or you can post it on our forum, come back later and view the reply.
