AU registry scanning method

Hi,
Is the Thorough scanning method able to clean the 5 registry regions (HKCR, HKCU, HKLM, HKU, HKCC)?
Because it seem to be the last region HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG never is secanned during an analysis. If that is the case, it will be possible add that capacity to the scanning algorithm, fot geting a very full registry scanning and find more erronoeus keys?
