Boy we must have different systems or something. I checked my install cd and installed everything on there. Still when I go to support tab the only thin I get is on left "Ask a friend" or "Go to windows web site forum" which is where I was ending up B/4. On the right it just says "Welcome to Support" with some of microsoft's blurbs. Something aint kosher here!!

And you are sure that you're selecting "Support" at the top of the "Help and Support Center"?

What happened when I was trying to post that caused me to not receive a screen( or so i thought) was the new pop-up blocker in SP2 was blocking the "post to screen" from being shown, and I just never noticed it till now.
After I allowed pop-ups to appear, all was well!!
What a bummer!!!!
Just thot you might like to know.
Have a good one.

On the lost restore points..
Have you done a "Disk Cleanup" (or whatever XP calls it)?
I think that will delete all but the most recent Restore Point...

Jazz..
I was under the impression that "Disk Cleanup" would delete restore points only if you selected that option from one of the screens.
Could be wrong tho..
