Hello Oleg,
I just tried to simulate the issue here. But 'cookie manager' is working as expected. I used the 'password commander' software that you're using and still no problem. If possible, delete all the cookies (both protected and unprotected) and start fresh.

Aneesh,

You do not need to delete/uninstall a previous version to install a new one. If you do want to uninstall a previous version in Windows XP, just go to 'Control Panel > Add Remove Programs', select 'Ace Utilities' and uninstall.
Also, regarding your cookie issue, please make sure that you're using the latest Ace Utilities build (Sept. 26 2009,

Oleg,
Some times cookie management can throw up surprising behaviour. :-\ We'll check it more.
The list on the right side (whose title is 'Cookie(s) which will be excluded') shows the current 'protected cookies'. The cookies which are check-marked on the left list get added to the right list. It's for convenience.
