Duplicate Files Finder seems having a bug

I uncheck all the searching criteria except TRUE DUPLICATE CRC-32. After showing a result, suprisingly to see that it does perform the 'same file size' searching too. But i uncheck it already... huh! can someone verify of it...? 
Latest AU installed and tested. Actually iam facing this problem since v2.x. I thought it is a bug and will be fixed in the future version but what now?
