No, that won't happen unless you have put the shortcuts for other programs in the Start Menu folder created by Ace Utilities during its installation.

I tried to simulate the situation but couldn't find the issue you mentioned. Are you using the latest version of Ace Utilities ? If not, can you please download it and check if the problem persists ?
