I just checked Ace Utilities with Opera 9.00 (Build: 8212). The web history got cleared successfully.

I installed the 9.00 Beta Build 8367 just now. Erase History cleaner fails to remove the history afterwards.

Opera 9 Beta, clear history doesn't work.
