If you can determine which entry is causing the problem then you can tell Ace Utilities to ignore that entry from being scanned thenceforth. (Rightclick menu : Select 'Highlighted Item(s)' -> 'Exclude always')

If you can't isolate the entries, then save the scanned entries as a text file and send it to support@acelogix.com (Rightclick menu: Select 'Report')
