Can't get 32bit version to work on new computer

I just bought a new Dell Inspiron 537. I installed the 32 bit version but it will not open. I noticed that it was installed into Program Files (x86) instead of the normal Program Files directory. Going directly to that directory and clicking on au.exe doesn't open the program. After exhaustive trying, I deleted Ace Utilities and downloaded the 64bit version and installed it. It opens fine but is only a 30 day trial version. I was unaware that you have to purchase a new key code for that version. Is there something I can do to get my 32bit version to work on this machine. There are other 32bit programs that are working fine.

Since Ace Utilities has both 32 and 64 bit versions of itself, a 32 or 64-bit version will only run on the appropriate version of Windows. Since you have 'Program Files (x86)' folder in your system, I assume you are running a 64-bit Windows version. Eventhough you can install a 32-bit version of Ace Utilities on Windows 64-bit, you can only run the 64-bit version. Now regarding the license part: For a 32-bit license user, a 64-bit license can be provided at a reduced price (about 50% or so off). All they have to do is email their information to Acelogix Support and they'll provide with the necesary information regarding the purchase of 64-bit license. Also, Support can provide additional offers regarding such orders from time to time apart from the usual 50% off. So I suggest you to send an email to support @ acelogix.com. If you experience any trouble getting through to them or in getting a reply in time, do let me know.
