History of Plugins disappears

I have used this program for many years. Recently, with latest version I am having a problem. The history of the plugins I have check marked disappears after I restart my computer. Any ideas on how to fix this?

So far, we've not been able to simulate this issue here. :-\ We'll check it more.

I can't figure out my problem. Does ace utilities have a settings file, e.g. au.ini?
I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the program.
I forgot to mention, I also use ccleaner.
