I have a pc running Windows XP Home edition with 4 user profiles - we'll call them A; B; C & D - each of them has Administrator status, two of them have Windows passwords & two don't. Now here's my question:
I want to run Ace Utilities to do the quickest & most effective clean-up & optimisation possible for all 4 users profiles & I want to know what is the best way to do this? is it...
1) by booting into Safe Mode, logging in as Administrator & running Ace there?
Or:
2) running Ace in each user's profile?
or:
3) some other way?
Thanks for any help, & I think ace is great!

Running Ace Utilities from each user profile is the way to go. Scanning for junk files does not matter from which profile you are running the tool; Only the tools that interact with Windows Registry need to be run from each profile.

ok Aneesh, thanks for the swift response.
I was rather hoping that 1) would be the answer really, but never mind!
