How do I regain a lost au.exe file. I've been using Ace Utilities a long time and now I cannot. Any help?

You can always download Ace Utilities from the website.
Will website automatically remember I'm registered?

If I go to website to download, will the website know I'm a registered owner of the program?

If you are a registered user, Ace Utilities will automatically recognize you as one after you install it. If it doesn't and asks you to enter the key, you can use the key you already have.

If I cannot start the program without au.exe, then I cannot see the key.
Is the key stored somewhere else? I opened the folder, but was unable to open any of the assorted files.

Just try reinstalling Ace Utilities and it will work fine. If it does not recognize you as a registered user, then please send an email to support {at} acelogix {dot} com.
PS: You cannot view the key if there is no au.exe file. But re-installation will automatically detect the key if it exists. To view key, use the following at the command prompt from the appropriate directory: au.exe info
