System TuneUp V2.1.0 Balloon Tip Bug with Vista

I am running Vista Business, Aero interface active, System TuneUp V2.1.0. I have my task bar set to autohide. The task bar is also a 3-high task bar instead of the default 1 increment height.

When System TuneUp issues a balloon tip message, the balloon tip is a full screen blue window instead of the nice, neat small balloon tip box down by the clock in the task bar. This bug may be related to having the task bar on autohide or the height of the task bar. Typically when the System TuneUp balloon tip is issued, the task bar is hidden.

Other programs that issue balloon tips on my system are not experiencing this.

I am running a Dell 2407 FPD with Nvidia driver 163.75 on an Nvidia 8800 GTX. The screen resolution is 1152 x 864.
