Duplicates & OneDrive

Hello,
Been a long time user of AU. Love it!
Started using OneDrive especially for work per O365.
I'm SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive Admin for our account and would like to filter out the duplicates within OneDrive as well as delete duplicates on my hard drive that already exists in the cloud.
However, AU does not seem to be recognizing any files under OneDrive (they're offline synced, meaning "Always keep on this device") . I tried subst command to see if it'd "trick" AU but no.
How does one go on about accomplishing this?
