HELP!!!!! Want new version.

To whom it may concern
I am a long time user of Ace Utilities and recently started using this new computer that has Window's 7 Pro 64 bit as the operating system. I don't think the e-mail system for the site is working as I have sent two messages and have not received a reply. I need to know if I can use the $14.95 offer to upgrade to the 64 bit edition for this machine. I have a license for version 5. If an administrator could send me the info I need I would greatly appreciate it. I'm currently using the latest version and I'm already on day 7!! LOL
