If there are two hard drives, AceUtils scans them simultaneously to improve speed.
It shows the latest drive/folder that is being scanned (in this case D).
C is being scanned in the background. The 'Scanning C' text was shown but replaced quickly by 'Scanning D'.

We use NSIS to install our software, the 'uninstall.exe' file is part of that.
