Uninstalled programs still show up in plugins. The only way to reset it is to delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Acelogix\Ace Utilities\History\plugins. Then, re detect all of the plugins. If you use 'u' in the '/reg:' field, then it should copy UsrClass.dat.

Did you get any message from Regbak regarding the copying of this file?

To add date, you should use: <date>

Rephrase the command to:
/dir:"%SystemRoot%\regbak\<date>" /reg:su /silent /limitdays:15
