Another issue I like to bring in your attention. I was looking into Uninstall Manager with 'show Updates' enable...it still does not show all the updates that are available in Windows Programs and Features> View installed updates.

In Ace Utilities version 5.0 beta Junk files cleaner does not scan system and hidden folders even though 'Use ignore list' is unchecked. Same problem in System Tuneup version 2.2. Ace Utilities version 4.2 works fine.
