hi there, same error-reporting 'SideBySide' messages here, running xp pro sp1 and au 3 v. 4038. tried downloading the given runtimes dll's from yr. server, but both 0 (sero) size with/out dl-manager ! finally got 'vcredist_x86.exe' from ms-dl-site directly (it's a big > 8 mb-file) and installed. no ...
