Problem with Erase Your History in Ace Utilities!

I have tried this on Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems.
I have 3 user accounts on each system with Administartor rights.
I have no problem with Windows Registry, files or folders permissions on both systems.

Issue:

Under AceUtilities Options> Erase History: IE Users

Under Delete Internet Explorer's Cache and History for
I have check marks in: All users of this computer

same thing for 'Delete Internet Explorer's Cookies for
I have checked 'All users of this computer'

After running 'Erase History' your program does not clean all the 3 user profiles on the computer. It does clean upto 2 user profiles ONLY. Also it does not wipe cookies for 2nd user account.
